Payment
We do not accept % unless the games almost done and even then it will be at our discretion
If you pay in robux, you cover tax or pay through group funds
if you pay USD, payment is expected using PayPal, Cash app, or Venmo
Depending on the scope of the requirements, there may be an upfront deposit of up to 65% before work can begin. Details of any deposit will be outlined in the work agreement
There are certain work requests that will require 85% of the cost to be paid prior to any work beginning and as stated it will be outlined in the work agreement
Before any work is done, the detailed work agreement will be reviewed and signed by both parties. This ensures that we have the proper scope and details of what we need to provide as well as providing our customers criteria that they can use to measure the value of the assets produced
If at the time the completed work is delivered and the agreed criteria has been met, then any remaining balance will be due and the work order will be closed. If our customer has further requirements that were not part of the work order being delivered, upon payment and closeout we can draft a new work order for the new work requirements.
If at any time during the fulfillment of a current work order the customer wishes to expand the scope of the requirements, upon request we will put the work order on hold, modify the work order with the new requirements and make any necessary changes to the payment agreement and projected completion dates
This process and all of these terms are expected to provide our customers with a transparent transaction process and avoid miscommunication and delay of work delivery
All assets delivered will be available to view in the portfolio section of our website. The option for customers to opt-out of this step will be provided on the work order agreement.
if a customer does opt-out, then another option will be presented to allow us to water mark out asses with a tiny symbol. Customers will also have the option of just opting out for a specific period of time. Any opt-out option taken may incur a fee.
All work orders signed by all parties are bound by these terms of service
